Craniosacral therapy for adults
It can be effective for all ages. Craniosacral therapy supports your body in its ability to balance, restore and heal itself, it helps to reduce stress.
With light touch we can release tension to be relieved of pain and dysfunction. Adults may have headache or back pain or any kind of limited range of motion due to long hours sitting, sports injury, trauma or falls.
Craniosacral therapy for children
When a child is born, they can often experience trauma where they absorb the stresses of labour. This leads to many babies born with odd-shaped heads and some bruising. Normally it sorts itself out within a few days, but if the process is incomplete, the baby could experience discomfort. The treatment can help with “unsettled” babies or little ones with trouble sleeping.
Treatment facilitates the release of stresses throughout the body. If the baby is persistently crying, feeling irritable, have colic, the baby could benefit from treatment.
Also, behavioural issues in toddlers and children such as not sitting still, lack of concentration and excessive tantrums. In school kids, they might complain of headache, back pain from long hours sitting, learning difficulty, concentration issues.

is an intensified interchange between all the fluids of the body.
It is definitely evident that the reaction is systemic and includes the whole body even within the bones.”
